These terms cover your use of Tinytrack — Baby Tracker ("Tinytrack," "the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
Tinytrack is a personal tracking tool. It surfaces patterns from data you log yourself — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace professional pediatric guidance. Always consult your pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider with any health concerns about your child. Estimates such as the nap window prediction or feed pattern insights are observations about your own logged data, not clinical assessments.
Tinytrack is free to use, with no subscriptions, paywalls, or in-app purchases. Every feature is available to every user at no cost.
Cloud Sync is optional and requires signing in with Sign in with Apple or an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. The logs, notes, and other information you enter belong to you — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what is and isn't sent to our servers when Cloud Sync is on.
Use Tinytrack only for its intended purpose — tracking information about a child in your care. Don't use the app to store or transmit content that's unlawful, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app's backend services.
Tinytrack is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made based on patterns or estimates the app surfaces.
We may update Tinytrack or these terms from time to time. If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can stop using Tinytrack at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate Cloud Sync access for accounts that violate these terms.
